We love our dogs. We want the experience we offer you to be the best, all the time!

I agree to the following:

• My dog(s) are up to date on vaccinations.
• My dogs are on a short leash during visiting our shop.
• Disruptive and/or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave.
• I am solely responsible for any injuries or damages to self, companions, or my pet. I am also liable for any damage to personal items while using the self-serve dog wash areas.
• While my pet is in the tub, my pet will be tethered to the tub chain leash at all times. I am solely responsible and liable if the pet jumps off the tub
• I am solely responsible and liable for the dog health issues. The attendants can’t help me putting my dog in/out the tub.
• Owner states that their pet(s) is in all respects healthy. Said pet(s) does not suffer from any disability. There is no illness or condition that could affect said pet(s), other pets, or attendant’s safety at Luna’s Dog Wash.
• Client will be held responsible and liable for any damage to property or cost incurred by the client’s pet.
• The client is responsible for any medical costs. This applies to human injury caused by the client’s pet
• NO food (edibles) inside the shop, Coffee for owner is allowed.
• Luna’s Dog Wash is not responsible if your dog leaves with any fleas or ticks. Make sure they are protected before your visit.
• NO clipping or trimming to be done by owner.
• Skunk smelling dogs may be asked to leave the premises.
• Children 16 years old and younger must be attended by a parent or responsible adult. They must be under supervision at all times
• Please clean after your pet during your visit to the shop or if you are in route to/from our shop.
• Choosing to use your own products is solely your decision. Luna’s Dog Wash can’t be held responsible for any outcomes
• Client accepts that Luna’s Dog Wash may take pictures of their dogs before, during, or after the bath. These pictures are for marketing purposes. The pictures and any marketing material generated are the property of Luna’s Dog Wash
